Healthy teams embrace diversity to bring a wide pool of experiences to stimulate creativity, and different values and beliefs to help challenge stagnation. Managing, and indeed thriving on diversity requires great skills in trust building and authentic communication to embrace healthy conflict and transform differences into opportunity.
