Not convinced that cooking is for you? Or live with someone who thinks cookery isn’t for them?
I can help! I’ve been teaching cookery since 2003, the most frequent comments from my hundreds of students are “I didn’t know it could be so easy,” and “I didn’t know I liked cooking”.
In this workshop we make an (at least) 3 course dinner to eat together. Everyone will cook different things in small groups but we all get to eat everything and to take the recipes home. We’ll use tried and tested recipes that are quick and easy to make as well as delicious. The focus is on being creative with food. We’ll discuss ways to use leftovers and batch cook so you don’t need to cook every day, as well as ways to rescue food that has gone a little over crispy or doesn’t taste of much.
You’ll leave with plenty of ideas, all of the recipes from the course, and having eaten a lovely meal.
- Try out plenty of ingredients and cookery techniques
- Make at least one of the courses of a 3 course dinner
- Troubleshoot the problems with cooking
- Eat together
- Take all the recipes home
