A great workplace culture is being increasingly cited as a prerequisite to a motivated, engaged and loyal workforce. We all want to be leading people who are self-motivated and enthusiastic about the organisation, even when no-one is watching. Leaders shape culture, so what are the characteristics that leaders need to build such a workplace?

In this workshop we will identify some key characteristics in a leader that can powerfully influence the morale and performance of a team. Participants will assess themselves against these key qualities and we will identify ways to develop them. By the end of the workshop, everyone will leave with an individual action plan for developing some key characteristics to shape a great culture.
