To prepare you to enter a reshaped world of work, we focus on lifelong learning and boosting your skills as well as helping you flex your creative muscle.

Flexing Your Creative Muscle – Wednesday May 13th from 13:00 – 13:30

BREATHING SESSIONS which combine some theory, practical tips and breathing exercises to help people better manage mental and physical wellbeing run on Mondays and Fridays.

ROADMAPPING YOUR WELLBEING – Friday May 15th from 13:00 – 13:30

Stand alone and interlocking

You can join any session and reap the benefits or follow the entire interlocking series as we support you through all four phases.

Technical arrangements

The workshops will be run using the Zoom software. Zoom allows us to set up a virtual classroom where you can share comments with your fellow online classmates, ask us questions and follow our course content.

You don’t need a Zoom account to attend (or any particular technical expertise) but you do need to have downloaded the Zoom app on your device. You can find out more here: https://zoom.us/

What you need to attend

Please bring some paper and pens with you as the workshops are interactive and you’ll be invited to take part in some exercises.

For the Breathing workshops, please wash your hands before attending as some of the breathing exercises involve touching the face!
