Retirement comes in many shapes and sizes and with life expectancy increasing, this new phase is a great opportunity for renewal. Sometimes, however, people underestimate the impact of this significant change in our lives. Having had a life of work (whether through a career or as a homemaker) where we often crave more time and space, adjusting to this newfound freedom can feel overwhelming. This workshop will help you to navigate your way through this transition and you will have the opportunity to share experiences with others exploring a similar life phase, to gain some new ideas / resources and come away feeling positive about the future.
