Make the most of your vegetables with our delicious vegetarian recipes.
If you want new ideas, are starting to cook vegetarian food – or just want to eat more veg – come and learn new skills, get new ideas, and eat lovely food.
From beetroot in cakes to raw root veg in salads, with plenty of herbs along the way, this workshop is about creative, easy-to-prepare foods for you to cook again at home. There will be cookery demonstrations as well as hands on cookery but the focus is on you getting to be involved with everything. We’ll cook and eat a 3 course meal. Suitable for beginners as well as more experienced vegetarian cooks.
You’ll leave with plenty of ideas, all of the recipes from the course, and having eaten a lovely meal.
Session Content Overview:
- Try out new ingredients and cookery techniques
- Recipes such as soups, sausages, crumbles, sauces, stews and salads
- Make at least one of the courses of a 3 course dinner as well as being involved with plenty of other cooking
- Eat together
- Take all the recipes home
