Adam Pearson is a therapist and consultant who believes that people learn best when they are positive, active and talk to each other. He also rates rest and relaxation as essential.
Adam has a good brain and a big heart (don’t we all?). With degrees in Physics, Philosophy and Psychology he led an international change programme at Shell which stopped things blowing up. He has developed leaders and changed organisational cultures. He manages youth programmes, developing life skills and confidence, including through surfing. He runs a hypnotherapy practice helping individuals to understand the brain and improve their lives.
Adam makes a difference and leads quietly by example. He has a black belt in karate, plays music professionally and surfs competitively for fun.
